Ghanaian media personality Abubakar Ahmed, known as Blakk Rasta, claims Sarkodie is a fake rapper. He explains that the rapper was asked for funds to pay a child's medical bills, a reference to his previous request for funds.

Blakk Rasta criticized Sarkodie for pretending to be a real person, claiming he should have paid the GHS 10,000 bill. He argued that Sarkodie could have afforded it. Blakk Rasta emphasized Sarkodie's fake behavior on Twitter while the child was in the ICU.

In response to Yvonne Nelson's accusation that he committed an abortion in her autobiography, "I Am Not Yvonne Nelson," the rapper responded with the song "Try Me," which was the subject of his most recent criticism.
