The healthiest way to eat garlic is to eat raw garlic. Addition to, because of its strong odor, garlic is sometimes called the 'stinking the Rose'.
Garlic is rich in alliin. When garlic cloves are
chopped or crushed, an enzyme called alliinase is activated, which can convert
alliin into allicin.
Allicin is a natural plant broad-spectrum antibiotic
with strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and has obvious
inhibitory and killing effects on various pathogenic bacteria.
Allicin can also lower blood pressure, lower blood
lipids, improve blood circulation, prevent arteriosclerosis, and is very
beneficial to the health of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
Most importantly, eating raw garlic has the effect of
delaying the aging of the human body. Current research shows that garlic may
real health benefits, such as protection against the common cold and the
ability to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol level. "Let food be
thy medicine, and medicine be thy food."

longest-lived countries in the world. The WHO report shows that the average
life expectancy in Germany is 83 years.
Almost everyone in Germany especially likes to eat raw
garlic. According to statistics, the annual consumption of garlic in Germany is
more than 8,000 tons.
German scientists believe that garlic is closely
related to longevity, and eating raw garlic can prolong life.
According to experts from the German Garlic Research
Institute: Garlic contains more than 400 substances that are good for health
and longevity. If you want to live to 90 years old, garlic should be a basic
