Ghana Tertiary Prowess Awards is an awards scheme mainly for tertiary students. The main aim of the awards scheme is to unveil the hidden talents of the students and to also showcase their talent to a wider community. The theme for the maiden edition of the Ghana Tertiary Prowess Awards was "Unveiling Hidden Efforts, The Students In Focus". This happened on the 4th of February at the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, Omane hall.

There were a number 104 contestants from the various Tertiary institutions across the nation. And there were 22 categories in which each of the students contested in to fight for themselves and their success.


 Each winner in each category received a plaque and a citation as an outstanding winner. The first and second overall winners were given a cash price and brand new laptops. 

They also received an entrepreneurship drive and consult with a business mogul. The awards event was a successful one.
