 The capital of Rwanda is the city of Kigali, which occupies an area of 730 km2 and is situated in the country's geographic center at latitude 10o58 s and longitude 30o07e. With an annual average high temperature of 27oc and an annual average low temperature of 16oc,

 The average annual precipitation rate is about. Gasabo, Kicukiro, and Nyarugenge are the three districts that make up the city of Kigali.
