On Friday, Ghana stood still as the nation came together to honor the memory of the victims of the tragic helicopter crash that occurred on August 6. The solemn burial service, held at the Black Star Square in Accra, was a poignant moment that brought dignitaries, families, and citizens together in shared grief.

The ceremony paid tribute to the eight individuals, including Defence Minister Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, Environment Minister Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed, and Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator Mohammed-Muniru Limuna, among others. The service honored their dedication and sacrifice, with two victims previously laid to rest and the remaining six laid to rest on Friday.
